FRIENDLY PUB & DARTS - A little South of Sennichimae Street, close to Namba Station on the Yotsubashi metro line, is this mid-sized friendly venue.  With a strong contingent of Japanese locals mixed with a fair number of tourists, Californian owner "Chad" has set up a salubrious slice of Cali in downtown Osaka.
