BAR & SHISHA - A tiny little gem hidden in the second floor of a building just a little North of Nankai Namba Station. It's a hotbed of electronic music, booze, awesome locals, shisha (water tobacco) and good times. Foreign-friendly but distinctively Japanese, everyone from owner Akkun down are super-friendly and super-cool.
I Recommend - trying the citrus-taste "acapulco", and smoking a relaxing shisha at the bar or the hidden upstairs room.
